A concert-requiem dedicated to the Khojaly genocide was held in Amsterdam, capital of the Netherlands, with the support of the European Azerbaijanis Congress, the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora, with the participation of local musicians on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.

The event started with the national anthem of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani President's Assistant for Public and Political Affairs Ali Hasanov, Chairman of the State Committee for Work with Diaspora Nazim Ibrahimov, AAK President Sahil Gasimov, People's Poet Sabir Rustamkhanli, head of Azeri-Turkish Women's Union Tanzila Rustamkhanli, Vice President of AAK, as well as heads of media organizations from Azerbaijan -  Yeni Musavat Media Group head Rauf Arifoglu, APA Holding President Vusala Mahirgizi, Telegraph Media Group head Aynur Camalgizi, editor-in-chief of "Report" Information Agency Murad Aliyev, head of "Haqqin.az" and "Virtualaz.org" sites Eynulla Fatullayev, local public, media representatives, and other officials, organizations from different European countries attended the event organized within the framework of "Justice for Khojaly" campaign.

A short film prepared by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the framework of the "Justice for Khojaly" International Campaign was presented at the event. Later, music from various works was performed.

Sahil Gasimov told the media that new activities have been started in light of the propaganda of Azerbaijani realities in Europe to introduce genocide within the "Justice for Khojaly" campaign.
